Positive: – Comfortable bed – Beautiful room – Free parking at Parking #3 (but only if you know about it in advance) – Possible to stay with a dog

Negative: To be honest, we were disappointed with our stay and wouldn’t choose this hotel again because of the following issues: – Poor service at the reception. During check-in I asked about the spa area, but nobody told me that towels and slippers must be taken at the reception and that a bathrobe needs to be purchased separately. Since nothing was provided in the room (despite photos showing otherwise), I had to call the reception and then go downstairs and wait in a long queue to get all the necessary items. – When I arrived to the spa area, I discovered that the key for the locker must also be taken at the reception. Nobody mentioned this even though I had been there just 5 minutes earlier. – Sauna #2 was not working. – The spa area looks outdated and not properly cleaned. – To store your phone safely in a locker, you need a 1-euro coin, which is very inconvenient — who carries cash when going to the spa? – Free parking is possible, but only if you call the hotel after parking, explain who informed you about the free option, provide room details and names of guests. Otherwise, it costs €20. – The dog fee is €25, but the room didn’t include any dog amenities such as bowls or a dog bed. – Very limited bar selection. – Overall, it feels like you have to pay extra for everything, even for things that would normally be included in a 4-star hotel. - We had 1 night at the hotel, but the room cleaning service knocked the room at 9am. We don’t think that the staff should disturb guests in this case, especially in the early morning.
